Demon Champions

5 champions are classed as Demon — 3% of the 173-champion roster and the joint 8th most common of 34 species tags. 1 of them carry a second tag as well: Nocturne (Demon / Spirit).

They are spread over 2 regions, most often Runeterra (5) and Bilgewater (1). The oldest Demon champions are Evelynn, Fiddlesticks and Shaco from 2009, and the newest is Tahm Kench from 2015; the median release year is 2009.

On the Rift, Demon champions most often play Jungle (4), followed by Support (1). 4 list melee and 1 ranged — a clearly melee-heavy group. Every one of them runs on Mana.

The Champlab species column works like positions and regions: green means your guess has exactly the same species tags as the answer, yellow means at least one tag is shared. A dual-tagged guess such as Nocturne tests two species in one go. The best first guess among Demon champions is Nocturne, ranked 111th of 173 on the strategy page, leaving 5.9 candidates on average — a weak opener, because its attributes are rare.
