Acceptance

By using Champlab (champlab.net), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

The service

Champlab is a free browser game with no account, no registration, and no payment required. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the game — including the champion data, game modes, or the stats features — at any time, without notice.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the champion data is complete, accurate, or error-free (see the about page for how we keep it in sync with Riot's own data), and we don't guarantee the site will be available, uninterrupted, or free of bugs.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt the service — for example by hammering the stats API, attempting denial-of-service, or otherwise interfering with other players' ability to use the site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its database, or infrastructure.
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of Riot Games or any other party.

We reserve the right to block access for anyone who misuses the service.

Intellectual property

Champion names, portraits, and related League of Legends data belong to Riot Games and are used under Riot's "Legal Jibber Jabber" policy. Champlab isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. The site's own code, design and text are owned by Riupo AB, except where noted otherwise.

Advertising and third-party links

The site may show advertising served by Google and links to third-party sites. We don't control third-party content and aren't responsible for it; see the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riupo AB is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site. This is a free hobby-scale game, not a paid or guaranteed service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
